Fees and Insurance

We are a private pay office and an out-of-network provider for all vision and medical insurance plans. Payment is required at the time of service.

Our fees vary, based on the type and length of assessment and care needed.

Initial evaluation: $375-$500

Follow-up evaluation: $155+

Returning patient routine eye exam: $155+

Vision therapy session: $165-$235

New evaluations are scheduled on Tuesday through Friday mornings, range from 1 hr 15 min up to 3 hours, and may be split over 2 days.

Returning evaluations and vision therapy sessions are typically scheduled in the afternoons and on some Saturdays.

If your medical insurance is a PPO with out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with information via email on how to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.​
